This page explains what information the EXTN Graphics website collects through the Contact form, why it is collected, and how it is delivered.
When you submit an inquiry, EXTN may receive the information you provide, including:
Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, clarify scope when needed, and discuss potential EXTN Graphics services. It is not sold, and it is not used for unrelated marketing lists.
Contact form submissions are sent to the EXTN application, where they are reviewed as Prospects / Inquiries. EXTN uses that information to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential services.
If you email EXTN directly at hello@extngraphics.com, the information included in that message is used for the same purpose: responding to your request and discussing potential work.
EXTN uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic. This helps show which pages are visited, whether visitors are on mobile or desktop, how people arrive at the site, and whether the Contact page is being reached.
Because the site is hosted on Cloudflare, analytics are provided through Cloudflare’s automatic measurement for the site. It is configured as cookieless aggregate reporting. EXTN’s current Cloudflare setting does not inject the analytics snippet for visitors in the EU. Analytics are not used to build advertising profiles, track individuals across other websites, or treat page visits as qualified leads.
EXTN does not add a separate analytics cookie-consent banner for this cookieless Cloudflare configuration. Cloudflare’s own practices apply to the measurement data it processes.
